a seaside gem
excellent location friendly staff easy transportation
The location is wonderful (i could hear the waves from my room). the bus stop near the hotel made getting around easy. i found the staff friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to help.
The hairdryer in the room seemed quite old. I think it's due for an upgrade to match the other amenities.

My twin room had a direct sea view, beautiful. I always woke up to a fine sight. fresh towels were provided every day, and a good fridge was very useful. the room was always kept very clean.

The staff were very helpful and kind. They provided tips and flyers for day trips. they were attentive not only to hotel questions but also to planning excursions. the bus station's central location made exploring the island easy.

the breakfast had a wide variety and was always fresh (especially the warm waffles and maple syrup!). the staff in the dining area were very attentive. it was a great start to each day to enjoy the food there.

The location near the beach reminded me of a dream. Decor was pleasing to my eye. The live music nights added charm. Staff.
I found some linen was not so clean. I also found the bathroom felt too cold to me. Some light bulbs were not working, unfortunately. It lacked a bit of attention to detail.

superb seafront stay!
great location public transport
i loved the location, it was fantastic! public transport links are great making getting around simple. there were shops and bars nearby and the hotel is right on the beach. the access to everything.
the linen was dirty. this was a real shame and should be addressed, particularly as it tainted the whole experience. i really think attention to detail here is important!

the location is very good with proximity to the sea. excellent personal service was provided by cute staff. the staff are attentive
the linen was dirty i noticed. i found the bathroom to be cold. some light bulbs in my room were not working either. there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail

the staff were friendly. i also liked the location, it was close to town. the view over the bay from my room were amazing, honestly.
the linen were dirty. the bathroom it get cold. light bulbs also weren't all working in my room which i didnt like.
